ALPLA, Mansfield
Installation of 4 high Armco barrier. Following an on-site meeting with the client we were asked to design and install a robust Armco topple barrier for protection of warehouse walls and pedestrian walkways, we came up with the solution and design to create a 4-barrier high system that both continued to protect walls and walkways from traffic but also provided height to protect against potential product falls. The client was more than happy with the design and since completion feedback has been extremely good. As part of this project, we also had the area line painted to create segregation lanes for products.
ALPLA, Golborne
We were asked for a solution to help with pellet loss to stop plastic pellets from entering the water drainage system. Our suggestion was simple but effective, we fabricated a stainless-steel perforated cylinder to place into the drain with holes small enough to catch pellets but still allow water to drain away. The cylinder has a handle and is light to make it easy to remove for cleaning.

Installation of Internal Armco Barriers
Supply and install of internal Armco barriers in this new warehouse building to protect walls from damages, externally we protected access doors with bollards to prevent damage by HGV's and forklift trucks.

Chiller Frame Installation
Custom built chiller frame, placing the chiller unit on to a frame increases air flow around it, this makes the chiller unit more efficient meaning it can run using less power. We made this frame specifically for this chiller size, due to the dimensions the frame was painted in a ZINGA finish, Zinga is a high zinc-based product that stops rust and self-heals when scuffed or scratched. Our involvement in this project involved design and fabrication of the frame, delivery and placement on site to its location and organising the crane lifts.
